Places You Will Stay 7 Days

Day 01 : Colombo
  • You will be picked up at the airport by one of Harrods travels representative and will be accompanied to your accommodation arranged at Colombo.
  • You will spend overnight in Colombo
Day 02 : Wilpattuwa
  • Checking out of the hotel. You will head toward Wilpattuwa, located in the north western part of the country, in the early morning.
  • Your first visit will be Anawilundawa Bird Sanctuary, which is renowned for its richness in welcoming a range of bird species.
  • Then you will direct straight to Wipattuwa by 03.00pm to start a experience a jeep safari into the Wippattu National Park to witness the presence of birds in the evening time.
  • You will stay overnight in Wilpaattuwa.
Day 04 : Kithulgala
  • Early in the morning after the breakfast at the hotel, you will be transferred to Kithulgala village, to engage in unique bird watching at Belilena prehistoric cave area.
  • In the evening you will trail around the Kithulgala village to experience its mystic beauty.
  • You will spend the night in Kithulgala.
Day 05 & 06 : Nuwara Eliya
  • In the morning you will have a 2-3 hour drive to misty hill country of Nuwara Eliya.
  • After checking into your hotel to freshen up, you will visit the Hakgala garden to witness the sight of unique birds as Hakgala is one of the hubs to watch migratory bird species.
  • You will spend the night in Nuwara Eliya.
  • Next morning, you will go straight to world famous Horton Plain National Park, which is also known as the Little England of Sri Lanka.
  • You will experience the breathtaking view at the World’s End and the beauty of Bakers Falls.
  • You will stay overnight in Nuwara Eliya.
Day 07: Yala
  • After the breakfast you will head straight to Yala National park to explore Sri Lanka’s diverse flora and fauna as it is an iconic park to witness a range of aquatic bird species.
  • With a full day jeep safari, you will spend the night in Yala.
Day 10 : Negombo
  • Our chauffer will accompany you to the Airport according to the schedule of your flight to bid farewell by marking the end of a spectacular bird watching journey in Sri Lanka.
